- Has experience as an effective leader.
- Will work collaboratively with the Governing Body and the Local Authority.
- Has a passion for teaching and learning and improving outcomes for our children.
- Will uphold, promote, and further develop the Christian ethos and values of our school, ensuring they are central to the life of the school community.
- Has the ability to drive robust school self-evaluation processes and to implement clear and timely strategic plans.
- Understands and values the contribution of families to the school community and the contribution of the school to the wider community, including links with the Diocese of Durham and the local Parish.
